Why is the CSV data overlay upload not working?

The CSV will need to have lat/long values of the addresses for the platform to ingest the data. The street addresses can be geocoded using an online geocoding tool to retrieve the lat/longs and then uploaded to the Vexcel platform. Here is a sample format:
